•  Why do you want a puppy?

•  Are all your family happy with the decision?

•  How much time do you have to give a puppy?

•  Are you willing to look for a good puppy class to attend?

•  Can you afford to first buy the puppy and then cover yearly cost such as injection, worming, flea treatment, insurance, food and toys?

•  What type of home do you live in?

•  Will you be able to exercise the dog you choose in the correct manner for its breed?

•  Are you willing to put time in to looking for the correct dog for you, your family and visit breeders?

This is just a short list of thing you need to ask yourself to make sure you have thought about all aspects of getting a new puppy.
